CAR PARKING & MEDIUM DENSITY PROJECTS:--The HIA assistant director of planning, Mr David Hodge, was recorded in The Age as commenting on a December 1999 departmental study, Medium-Density Housing Under the Good Design Guide. He asserts that the study recorded the experiences of residents who had bought into the developments as well as those living in neighbouring properties.
